Refunds
Refunds will only be given on sold out shows. Tickets need to be returned to the Pavilions box office and we will then attempt to sell them on for you.

Processing Fees

We accept cash (if buying in person), cheque / postal order (payable to Plymouth Pavilions) or the following credit and debit cards – Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Switch.  There is a processing fee for credit and debit cards and posted cheques of £2 per ticket.   This is reduced where top price tickets are below £15.
Group bookings of 10 or more have no processing fee.

Tickets sold for shows held at alternative venues may incur increased processing fees as Plymouth Pavilions is acting as a ticket agent only.   In this instance, Plymouth Pavilions may decide to include the processing fee in the ticket price.  For online booking a charge of £1.50 per ticket is payable, making it cheaper to book online.

Please note, for your security, we ask that you provide proof of the credit/debit card used in your transaction when collecting your tickets from our Box Office.

Why a Processing Fee?
Processing fees have become an industry standard necessity at commercial venues like the Pavilions. Unfortunately, due to tight promoter deals and increased bank charges, many venues have already been forced to go down the line of shutting their in house Box Offices and out sourcing their ticketing to independent ticketing agents. The result of this means even higher costs being passed on to the customer and the loss of personal service and venue knowledge that in house Box Offices are able to give. The processing fee is a vital part of our business and ensures that we continue to offer the best customer service, operating a modern and efficient Box Office service.

Concessions

Please note that only one concession (which includes U16/ O60/ Disabled/ Unwaged & Students) applies per ticket. Please inform us if you are entitled to concessions at the time of booking as changes cannot be made once tickets have been issued. No concessions can be retrospectively applied.

Children Attending Arena Events

The Pavilions' management recognises that many of today's family shows and pop acts attract young audiences to the venue.   The care and safety of children and young persons whilst on the premises is of paramount importance.   However, the Pavilions can not be responsible for unaccompanied children attending events and/or waiting outside the venue, or in the public spaces for collection by parents / guardians etc.

With up to 4,000 people attending events at the Pavilions it is likely that, even during normal evacuation circumstances, young children would become anxious and may have great difficulty locating parents or guardians returning to collect them.

It is therefore necessary to advise parents and guardians that it is the Pavilions' policy that children under 14 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the duration of the event.

Children arriving at the venue who are clearly under 14 years old will be refused entry to the venue and dealt with in accordance to the policy for Refusing to Admit Children to Arena events.
