• Reserves the right to alter the programme details without notice.
• Reserves the right to limit the number of tickets on sale to individuals.
• Reserves the right to refuse admission to the ticket holder to the premises.
• Accepts no liability for lost, stolen or damaged tickets, as duplicates are not available.
• Security searches may be carried out on certain shows/events.
• Tickets may NOT be exchanged or refunded. In exceptional circumstances tickets may be accepted for resale for sold out shows only and an administration charge will be made.
• Latecomers may be admitted in a suitable break in the performance, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
• The use of cameras, recording equipment and mobile telephones are strictly prohibited.
• The building and Statutory Regulations mean that we cannot allow cans or glass containers into the Arena.
• Neither the promoter nor Plymouth Pavilions accept responsibility for personal property brought on to the premises.
• We take every care to ensure that the customers' experience at the Pavilions is of the highest order. To help us improve the delivery of our services please direct any comments or complaints to the Duty Manager prior to, or during the performance/ event.
• Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• By entering the venue you give your consent to being photographed or filmed as a member of the audience. This may be used for future promotional activity.
• Plymouth Pavilions is a smoke free venue.
• Tickets are non transferable and may not be sold on for commercial gain.
