On show nights the Box Office will stay open for personal callers until 15 minutes after the start of a show. If a show is on a Sunday or a Bank Holiday the Box Office

We are pleased to announce the launch
of our own Show Booking facility for groups of 10 and
over. This facility allows you to book now, securing
your seat for the top shows and pay later.
We also waive the ticket processing fee for groups of
this size and some shows have additional benefits for
groups, which are specifically detailed in the show
section of the brochure. Whatever your query about Group

| Processing Fees |
We accept cash (if buying in person), cheque / postal order (payable to Plymouth Pavilions) or the following credit and debit cards – Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Switch. There is a processing fee for credit and debit cards and posted cheques of £2 per ticket. This is reduced where top price tickets are below £15.
For online booking a charge of £1.50 per ticket is payable, making it cheaper to book online.
Plymouth Pavilions has successfully been a smoke free venue since late 2005. From Sunday 1 July 2007 it will be against the law to smoke in public spaces, this law has been introduced to protect employees and the public from the harmful effects of secondhand smoke. Failure to comply with the new law will be a criminal offence and penalties or fines may be enforced by the authorities. Plymouth Pavilions takes its responsibility serious and therefore customers may also be requested to leave the premises if they do not comply with the new regulation. |
