Pool Information

Make a splash in our Fun Pool, with its two flumes, water features, wave machine and jacuzzi it will provide fun for all the family!

Please note we are currently running on our TERM TIMETABLE.

Our Lifeguards will be undertaking a 24 hour swim for charity from 10am Wednesday 1 - 10am Thursday 2 September. As a result, a section of the pool will be closed to the public. We hope you'll support the guys!

Our Fun Pool flumes will be out of action from Monday 13 - Friday 17 September due to maintenance work. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Advanced Booking
Advanced bookings can be made for groups of 15 people or more. You are also able to book in advance if you are purchasing joint swimming and skating tickets. There is a discount when purchasing swimming and skating tickets at the same time. Unfortunately joint tickets will not act as a queue jump for the Fun Pool or Ice Rink, however this does guarantee your space on the ice.

All payments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 
 
If you have less than 15 people wishing to swim, we run it on a first come first serve basis. If the Fun Pool does become full, we will then begin a queuing system. The Leisure Ticketing staff will be able to keep you updated on the waiting time. Waiting times are kept to a minimum at all times.

The Leisure Ticketing Reception is open 7 days a week.
Monday, Thursday & Sunday: 9am-6.45pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday: 9am-8.30pm

Pool Safety
Under 10 years must be accompanied by an adult.  Please click on the link above to view other adult to child swim ratios.
