Car Parking
Four car park passes are included in the hire price of the Arena. There is a short term on-site pay and display car park with 180 spaces. For long term parking we advise using Western Approach, level 3 as this has a direct undercover bridge link to the venue. Two car park passes are included in the hire of each meeting room.

Cleaning
General cleaning comes included in your tenancy. A duty cleaner will be on-site maintaining the entire building, however if you require a dedicated cleaner for your event this may be arranged, but a cost will be incurred.

Cloakroom
Cloakroom facilities are available if required. The Pavilions will man the cloakroom and a small charge will be made to patrons for this service.

First Aid
In the event of someone requiring first aid, please notify the Plymouth Pavilions Duty Manager who will provide a qualified first aider at each event.

St Johns Ambulance will attend most large conferences, exhibitions and concerts.

Insurance
Whilst we take every precaution during your event, we are not responsible for any loss or damage and we recommend that you effectively insure accordingly for your event.

You are also responsible for insuring against any legal liability incurred in respect of any injury or damage to property belonging to third parties. In addition to this you should protect your expenditures against Abandonment and Cancellation or Curtailment in the event due to reasons beyond our control.

Therefore: The hirer shall procure public liability insurance cover for the period of hire in the sum of four million pounds (£4,000,000) and shall produce evidence to the Chief Executive not less than seven days before the commencement of the hire period.

Shop
Our shop is open from 9:30am till 5:30pm daily. We stock confectionery, soft drinks and beverages, together with a selection of swimwear.

Noise Level
For events in the Arena and Meeting Room Suite, the use of microphones and audio equipment is permitted, but the volume must not be as such as to cause annoyance to other areas. Plymouth Pavilions reserves the right to prohibit their use if, in our opinion, any annoyance is being caused.

Organiser's Office
Three rooms are included in the price of the Arena hire, for use as Organiser, Press and VIP rooms. These can be set up with additional extras such as tables, chairs, telephone lines and audio-visual equipment. At the rear of the stage are five dressing rooms, which come complete with showers, mirrors, chairs and toilets.

Security
Day security is in constant operation and the cameras which cover all main circulation areas including the main Arena are continually monitored by at our in house control point. The venue is locked and alarmed over night, additional dedicated security is available at a cost of £13.00 per hour per person + VAT with a 4 hour minimum call out charge.
