Advanced Booking
The Leisure Ticketing Reception is open 7 days a week. Opening hours are as follows:

Monday to Saturday 9am – 8.30pm

Sunday 9am – 7pm

All payments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

We strongly recommend booking in advance as sessions get full, particularly at weekends and in holiday times.

Safety Regulations
Skating in the ice rink is great fun but like all sports you need to be careful and be aware of some simple DO's and DON'Ts.

DO...
Make sure your skates are correctly laced.
Wear gloves.
Make sure you skate in an anti-clockwise direction.
Obey ice stewards and directions from the public address system.

DON'T...
Sit or climb over the safety barrier.
Chip, throw or spray ice.
Skate at excessive speed.
Smoke, drink or eat on the ice.
Drop litter on the ice.
Carry young children or babies on the ice.
Skate in chains of more than two people.
Wear hats, scarves or long coats on the ice.

Skate Sizes
The smallest size skate provided is a baby size 6.
The largest size skate we provided is a size 14.
