Visitor Services Assistants
Salary: £9.50 per hour
The Visitor Services team are looking to recruit a number of team members on a casual contract. The role is to provide an excellent level of service to visitors of Plymouth Pavilions, whilst ensuring their safety and wellbeing, whether Stewarding in the Arena or serving from the numerous retail outlets including Cafes, Bars, Cloakrooms and Merchandise Stands.
Candidates should be polite, of smart appearance, have excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as experience of working as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar customer service related position is preferred. Due to licensing laws, applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

Plymouth Pavilions Casual Format Crew
Salary: £9.50 per hour
Plymouth Pavilions is the South West’s premier entertainment, leisure and conference centre attracting over 300,000 visitors each year to its Arena and Ice Rink. The 4,000 capacity Arena presents a highly varied and diverse range of live shows, concerts, sports and corporate events.
The Format Crew are responsible for the setting up and breaking down of the Pavilions stage, technical equipment and seating arrangements. The Crew also assists with the maintenance requirements of the Technical Department.
This role is very physical, involving manual handling of staging and seating. Flexibility is essential as the rota will involve working evenings, night shifts, weekends and bank holidays. Time and a half will be paid for overnight work between the hours of 12am – 6am.
Ideal candidates should be pro-active and possess good team skills.
