Toilets
Toilet facilities are located in Live Café and in the Arena Bar. Throughout the building we also have a number of disabled toilet facilities.

Plymouth Pavilions has strong links with local hotel groups and is able to supply special corporate rates to confirmed clients . Please contact our dedicated events team for further information.

Disabled access
The public areas, break out space in our Meeting Room Suite and Arena all have wheelchair access, with the exception of the Arena balcony. We have a hearing loop in the Arena and can obtain one for the meeting rooms if required.
The Pavilions also has a number of dedicated parking spaces available for disabled visitors.
Smoking
The Pavilions operates a no smoking policy in all areas.
Car Parking
The Western Approach Car Park is less than 800 metres from the venue doors, other parking is available in and around the city centre, please click here for more.
First Aid
In the event of someone requiring first aid, please notify the Plymouth Pavilions Duty Manager who will contact a qualified first aider. St Johns Ambulance will attend most large conferences, exhibitions and concerts.
Security
Closed circuit television is in operation at the Pavilions 24 hours a day, covering all main circulation areas including the Arena. Our security officers are also present when the building is open; the venue is locked and alarmed overnight.
